Shari Markoff, an Associate Broker with Avenue Real Estate, brings more than 20 years of experience specializing in Manhattan's high-end real estate market. After graduating from Blair Academy in New Jersey, Shari attended the University of Rochester, earning her degree in political science. She furthered her education at Rochester’s prestigious Simon School of Business, obtaining certificates in marketing, finance, and accounting.
Shari began her professional journey at Tiffany & Co., where she honed her expertise in the luxury sector as a media planner. Her career evolved rapidly, and she later became Vice President at New York Security Systems. There, she discovered her true passion was Real Estate. She became a licensed agent and landed several high-end transactions almost immediately.
In 2001, Shari joined Michael Shvo’s team, quickly earning recognition for securing significant deals and demonstrating exceptional skill in negotiation. Known for her organizational skills, patience, and unwavering commitment to client privacy, Shari personally manages each transaction to ensure optimal outcomes for both buyers and sellers.
